About Me

I am an outgoing and well-organised individual who communicates confidently and effectively at all levels. I am particularly interested in ergonomics and the design of the workspace and equipment.

As well as running my own small business, designing kitchens and importing units from Sweden, I work as a consultant home economist with experience of education at primary, secondary and tertiary levels, adult education in formal and informal settings, nutrition, marketing, radio and TV broadcasting, talks and training.

I have my own Public Liability Insurance, a full, clean driving licence and an up to date Food Hygiene Certificate.
