About Me
I am a qualified Home Economist and have a B/TEC HND in Nutrition and Cookery with many years experience.
My previous work was with Seeboard (electricity board) as a Home Economist demonstrating new electrical appliances particularly microwave ovens to schools and various social groups but I have some experience in food photography and on recipe testing and development also.
As a National Federation of Women's Institutes qualified judge in cookery and preserves I have judged at county and local agricultural shows over the last 20 years.
I also hold an OCN certificate in preservation.
My passion is for good home cooking particularly baking and I am keen to pursue my home economics work further by becoming freelance. I would be available in the capacities of :
