About Me
I qualified at QMC (Queen Margaret College - 1984) BA Home Economics. I am a freelance home economist. I worked for Bejam in the early 1980's. Chalet girl in Switzerland for a season 1986/87. Worked in London for 6 years prior to marrying and having a family.
Since autumn 2006, I have presented cookery demonstrations for up to 12 people on dinner party ideas and special diets. Teaching students basic food and nutrition with the emphasis on healthy and economical cookery in preparation for university.
